Building the Tray - Part 10

Well, another marathon three day weekend spent on the Tray.  This time I spent all Friday preparing all 14 bin doors inside and out, primed the outside and wet on wet painted the inside white.
On Saturday,  I spent all day preparing the inside of the bins and seam sealing the joins ready for paint on Sunday.
Primed and painted wet on wet all of the bin interiors, and sikaflexed the door strengtheners into place.

Ready for the last stage before refitting the tray to the chassis. To rub down the outside and paint.
